ENTRY: To play, complete the tasks listed. Each task has a raffle value attached to it. For instance, you get 5 entries for joining our newsletter. The more entries you have, the higher your odds of winning. Some entries are daily, and others are one time only. As long as we can ship to you, you are eligible for entry. Scotch Porter employees and their families are not eligible. Scotch Porter reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, at its sole and absolute discretion. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries received.
WINNER SELECTION/RANDOM DRAWING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on August 8, 2016 and ends at 11:59PM EST on August 21, 2016. There will be a total of 6 winners. Potential winner will be notified by email or phone call. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Decisions made by the Administrator in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Administrator is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes—including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors—and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such errors at their sole discretion without liability. PRIZES: 18 Winners will be selected. No other substitutions will be permitted except at the Administrator’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Scotch Porter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of prizes awarded. CLAIMING PRIZE: If any correspondence of the Sponsor or Administrator or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner may be required to promptly return to Sponsor or Administrator his/her prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. By accepting prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
